Warranty PolicyWe guarantee our products to be the finest, longest wearing leather accessories you can purchase. Don't be fooled by "100 year warranties" and other marketing gimmicks. We stand 100% behind everything we selland we will do everything possible to make you happy with your purchase. Here's how it works:Buffalo Head Leather will cover defects in materials, construction or workmanship of any leather item we sell under normal use for as long as you own it and are the original purchaser (as per our customer records). We will replace an item free of charge if we are unable to repair it. This excludes normal wear and tear which may include but not limited to stretching, scratching, creasing or fading. Minor imperfections and slight color variations are normal for all of our handmade 100% leather products. Buffalo Head Leather warranty does not cover a product if it has been misused, damaged by an accident or if liquid has discolored the product. Warranty is also voided by damages stemming from acts of God, e.g., flood, tornado, earthquake or other catastrophic event, e.g., fire. Please note that any alteration to the product (other than buckle change) unauthorized by Buffalo Head Leather, will void the warranty. We will only replace a product with the exact same style, color, and size as originally ordered. If the item has been discontinued, it will be replaced with an item of equal value which closely matches the original item purchased. We limit exchange or replacement to one time per order. We are not able to replace a belt due to weight gain/loss. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an item is defective in material or workmanship. Exchange & Return Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. Item must be in "AS NEW" CONDITION AND UNWORN AND UNUSED. Ship belts in the same manner as delivered - rolled with outside of belts facing you so that buckle does not damage finish - and ship in bubble mailer or other protective container. Items returned for refund that are damaged or show signs of wear will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping. Exchange for new size will be for an identical item and there is a limit of one return or exchange per order. Along with your return, include name, order number, reason for return, and new size which you need. No returns or exchanges on custom items, special orders/sizes or items not part of our online catalog.
